"Decent prices, but I’d check around first"
I ordered a few snacks from koro-shop.it and overall it was okay, some of the bigger packs seemed like a good deal and were worth it, but then a couple of things felt kind of pricey for the amount you actually get so I wasn’t totally blown away. Delivery was fine and nothing went wrong, I’d probably order again if I saw something I really wanted, but I’d definitely compare prices first next time.

I ordered from koro-shop.it for the first time because I was in the mood to stock up and not have to keep reordering every week. The bulk packaging is definitely handy, and the nuts and oats arrived fresh and well packed. My only small issue is that some of the bags are seriously huge, so finding space for them in my tiny kitchen was a bit of a challenge. Overall though, I’m happy with the order and would buy from them again.

"Quick and Easy Shopping"
As someone who gets annoyed when websites make shopping harder than it needs to be, I was happy with this experience. I found what I needed fast, the filters actually worked well, and checkout was simple. No weird popups, no confusing steps, just easy and straightforward.

"Good products, but checkout was a Mess"
I do like the products, but checking out on koro-shop was frustrating. the page was loading really slow, and I couldn’t really tell if my discount code had actually worked or not. Then the payment kept sending me back and forth a couple of times before it finally went through. I did manage to place the order in the end, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth. hope they sort it out, because it kind of put me off ordering again...

The packaging was okay overall, but one corner was a little crushed when it arrived. Not a huge deal, especially for the price, but I do wish it had been packed just a bit more securely.

"Actually Solid for Vegan Stuff"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I ended up finding a lot of vegan options here, from snacks to everyday basics. Ordering was easy too, so yeah, I’ll probably be buying from them again.

"Fair shipping and no surprises"
Shipping was reasonable for what I ordered, there weren’t any random extra fees popping up at checkout. The package showed up in good shape too. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d definitely order again.

"Promo looked better than it was"
I ordered from Koro-shop because they had a promo on, but it was a bit disappointing for me. The discount, it didn’t feel so clear, because some items were not included and the free shipping limit was still quite high. Prices are okay, nothing terrible, but at checkout I expected more saving than what I got. The site works fine and delivery was normal, no big problem there. Just the promos, I feel like they make them look more exciting than they really are...

"Everything tasted really fresh, especially the nuts…"
Everything tasted really fresh, especially the nuts, which surprised me a bit. One of the bags was kind of crushed when it arrived, so I was annoyed at first, but also it still tasted great so I can’t complain too much. Not perfect, but I’d definitely order again.

"Getting my refund took way longer than it…"
Getting my refund took way longer than it should have. I had to email them more than once, because apparently refunds now come with a side of detective work. The replies were slow too, so that was fun. I did get my money back in the end, but the whole process was annoying and not exactly clear. Not sure I’d be rushing to order from them again

"A lot was unavailable"
I tried placing an order, but way too many items were marked unavailable. It was frustrating, and I couldn’t really tell what I was supposed to do next, wait, pick replacements, or just give up on the order. The whole process could’ve been a lot clearer

I had a small issue with my order so I messaged support, not really expecting a reply that fast. But they got back to me the same day and fixed it up quickly. really appreciated it, it felt like an actual person read my msg and cared

"Good Organic Selection"
I ended up ordering from here after realizing I was almost out of groceries on a random weekday, and I was happy with it. They had lots of organic options to choose from, which was nice because I usually try to stick with organic when I can. Everything showed up in good condition, so no complaints from me.

"Pretty smooth return overall"
I had to send one item back, and the return process was clear enough to follow. The refund took a few days, which felt a little avoidable, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Support replied to my email, so overall I’d still say it was a good experience

I ordered from koro-shop and the payment process was easy overall. They had the standard payment options, which I appreciated because I didn’t have to sign up for some new service just to finish the order. The only small thing I noticed was that a couple of checkout steps could’ve been explained a bit more clearly, especially right before confirming the payment. Nothing major though, it went through fine and I’d definitely order again.
